Im using this amazing phone in 2024. Picked up a refurb for N20U for only $250. Had hybrid sim, physical sims and sd card slot for 1tb. Put in fresh battery for 50 bucks dued gave me batteru and installation. 😊 and it zips along with my S22 Ultra. But this thing is way lighter! It has become my daily driver. Still getting security updates. Love the big screen.

I use 85" Samsung TV as a monitor for general computing and gaming/movies from 6 feet 7 inch (2 meters exactly) and it's been amazing. It's about 50° FOV. THX recommends 40° though. But I can't imagine putting it 11 feet far, why would you buy a big screen in the first place? Also, the Windows UI elements at 4K (100% dpi without scaling of course) would be too small to read from 11 feet.

Even if it is just for the squared edges alone, I’d pick the Note 8 over the S8 plus. Has a lot more classy look, in my opinion.

I think parallax 3D is a HUGE breakthrough since people don't have to wear those janky cardboard glasses that don't work well, they also block people that use glasses so they can't experience 3D, I even somehow made a Parallax barrier for my phone and it actually worked! I did take some time to set up to have it work though
